Ollie's Country Cottage is a Pet-friendly Family Resort nestled in the quiet Texas Hill Country. Our fully furnished 2 bedroom cottage sits on a part the Jonas Ranch, which is rich in history and home to many breeds of sheep. A tranquil setting close to the Guadalupe River, Canyon Lake and many small Historic towns.

The Owners and Innkeeper welcome you to our page! We strive to make our cozy cottage as comfortable as possible for all guests. We are disinfectant ninjas between check-in/check-out, so you can be rest assured, the property is spic and span inside out upon arrival!

2nd room has a full-size mattress bottom/top bunk.
Cottage sleeps 4 guests comfortably

For the pets
1 large inside suite-doggie door leads outside to covered porch and outside play area. Inside/outside suite is fully fenced and topped with chain length fencing.
We are happy to host dogs, but please keep them off the furniture and beds. Excessive pet hair on furniture or linens will result in an additional cleaning charge.
There is no daily housekeeping service, unless notified. Outside maintenance (mowing, blowing leaves off porch, watering plants) is serviced as needed by owner, depending on length of stay. Outside Trash bins in dog play area will be checked every 1-2 days.

Central A/C & Heat, Linens provided (all bedding/throw blankets), Bath towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels for outdoor swimming/recreational activities.
Laundry room is only offered to guests staying 7 days or longer. Large parking area, hair dryer, iron and board, Microwave, fridge, dishes and utensils, coffee grinds, coffee maker, television, table, chairs and outside Chimenea and sitting area.
The cottage
offers guest-WiFi.

3 forms must be filled out prior to arrival. Innkeeper will email these ahead at the time of booking.

Accepting reservations for 2 nights, weekends, weekly up to 3 weeks
1 nightly Deposit required to hold reservation
Payments will be accepted through Square-up via email. Once deposit is accepted, calendar will be booked for the nights you acquired.
FREE Cancellation until 5 days before Check-in. After that, cancel before check-in and get 50% refund, minus the first night.

Ollie's does not charge a cleaning fee, but your kindness in keeping the property tidy and picked up is greatly appreciated, including dog waste. All inside trash must be discarded into provided trash bins located in dog play area. Owners will check the bins every 2 days
FORMS
3 forms must be filled out prior to arrival. Innkeeper will email these ahead at the time of booking. Signed forms will need to be returned to the email provided at least 3 days prior to arrival date. Once received, check-in instructions will be emailed to you.
